Adrian Price - General Manager
As the General Manager of Busby’s, Adrian has extensive experience in the building industry in Central Queensland. Adrian oversees the day to day running of BHR from client consultation, estimating and quoting, safety and quality systems, staff management and supervision. Adrian is a qualified builder and Property Valuer, and also qualified Demolition and Asbestos Supervisor.
Outside of work, Adrian doesn’t get much downtime with four girls waiting for him at home.
Patrick Busby - Estimator
Patrick has extensive experience in civil engineering and building industry, and works closely with both House Removals, and Demolition & Asbestos in project management and estimating of jobs. Patrick has worked all over Queensland predominantly in the private sector, with a wide range of experience also working in the mining industry, and for local and state government. His experience ranges from working on million dollar projects to local concreting jobs – no job is too big or too small.
To relax, Patrick enjoys all sports, fishing, cooking and travelling.
Neville Gardner - House Removals Supervisor
Neville is in charge of preparing and successfully removing all houses that come through Busby’s – he is a hands-on supervisor with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of House Removal, from the application process to the restumped house on the new location. Neville’s experience means that the job gets done with excellence every time.
Rick Keenan - Supervisor
Rick is one of our Onsite Supervisors, specialising in demolition and asbestos removal projects.
Early in Rick’s career, he worked for eight years in Canada and Alaska as a Driller for oil and gas. Returning to Australia, Rick drove semi’s for Woolworths from Townsville, to Adelaide, Melbourne and back to Townsville for six years.
Moving to Yeppoon, Rick has since worked primarily in civil contracting work.
Rick loves to hang out with family in his spare time, and sailing.

Julie-Anne Whitley - Administration Officer
Julie-Anne is sometimes the first voice you’ll speak to when you contact Busby’s – she’s the main office contact, the wrangler of paperwork and the distributor of any quote documents! Keeping things organised and calm is Julie-Anne’s specialty, and no matter what challenge comes her way, she’ll tackle it with a smile.
Outside the office, you’d find Julie-Anne tending to her garden, or off on a travel adventure with her husband.

DeeAnn Busby - Marketing/Communications/Management
With a background in Journalism and Public Relations, DeeAnn looks after all business marketing and public relations affairs for the business as well as Human Resources.
In her spare time (which is little!), DeeAnn loves the beach, reading, spending time with family and friends.
