Located on a stunning seaview block, this four bedroom Queenslander was relocated from Rockhampton to Yeppoon about 8 years ago and over that time, the house was renovated with a new kitchen, walls taken out to create more spacious rooms, and a Biloela Brownie Hut was placed slightly behind the main house to create a studio and spare bedroom, with a new bathroom add-on to it. A nine-metre wide covered deck joined these two buildings, creating an amazing outdoor living area. A large pool area was added, and a four car carport and shed were added.
The whole layout was part of an original landscape/layout plan, and each stage completed as the owner was able to.
