Patrick brings a wealth of experience in civil engineering and the wider construction industry, overseeing project management and estimating across House Removals and Demolition & Asbestos, and Screw Pile projects. From major government contracts to local residential jobs, Patrick is known for his attention to detail, practical problem-solving, and commitment to delivering the best outcome for every client.
Todd Hansen
With more than 30 years in the building industry, Todd has worked his way from carpenter to builder and superintendent, building an impressive depth of knowledge along the way. As General Manager of Busby’s, he leads with experience, integrity, and a genuine focus on people. Whether it’s a complex project or a simple enquiry, Todd is passionate about helping clients find the right solution.
DeeAnn Busby
With a background in journalism and public relations, DeeAnn looks after marketing, communications, and human resources across the Busby’s Group. She loves sharing the stories behind the business, building strong connections with clients and the community, and helping ensure the Busby’s values shine through in everything the company does.
Rick Keenan
Rick’s career has taken him from oil and gas drilling in Canada and Alaska to long-haul transport and civil contracting throughout Queensland. Today, he brings that broad range of hands-on experience to his role in demolition and asbestos removal. Known for his practical approach and strong work ethic, Rick is dedicated to ensuring every project is completed safely and efficiently.
Jacob Busby
Jacob has been part of the Busby team for many years. After completing his carpentry trade and spending time travelling around Australia, he returned home to take on the role of House Removals Supervisor. With a calm, can-do attitude and plenty of practical knowledge, Jacob works closely with clients and crews to ensure every move runs smoothly.
Charlie Busby
Charlie works with clients from the outset of your enquiry, preparing detailed estimates and helping guide them through the process. Friendly, approachable, and solutions-focused, he’s committed to providing clear advice and practical support every step of the way.
Scott Ellis
Scott brings valuable experience with a valuable background in the building industry, and a keen eye for detail to his role as Estimator. He enjoys helping clients understand their options and works hard to provide accurate, reliable cost estimates that set projects up for success.
Stephanie Dunwell
Stephanie oversees the financial side of the Busby’s Group, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and super-friendly, supportive approach make her an important part of both the team and the overall success of the business.
Rebecca Eather
Rebecca is often the friendly voice clients speak to first, assisting with your enquiries while also providing essential administrative support for the Demolition and Asbestos divisions. Her organisation and dedication help keep everything running smoothly to ensure compliance, organisation, and smooth project delivery.
Emma Knight
Emma plays an important role in the day-to-day operations of Busby’s, in particular with our House Removals Division. She assists clients and team members alike, helping ensure administrative processes run efficiently and professionally.
Neville Gardner
Neville oversees Busby’s Screw Piling operations while also managing the maintenance of the company’s equipment and fleet. With a practical, hands-on approach and years of industry experience, he helps ensure projects stay on track and the team has everything they need to get the job done safely and efficiently.
