Asbestos Removal - Class A & Class B Licences
A Class A Asbestos Removal Licence is required for the removal of friable asbestos – the most hazardous type, which can be crumbled and releases fibres into the air. It is also required for high-risk construction work involving asbestos disturbance such as drilling. A Class B licence covers non-friable (bonded) asbestos. Busby’s holds both.

Demolition Licence
Busby’s holds a licence to perform demolition work under the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011, covering all types of demolition from internal strip-outs to full building demolition. Every project is conducted to an approved demolition plan and safe work method statement.

QBCC Licence - House Removals
Our Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licence covers the dismantling and re-assembly of houses, ensuring all house removal work meets Queensland’s building standards. We manage all associated trades in-house.
